Grant for wildlife garden

An allotment wildlife garden designed by school children will be presented with a substantial National Lottery grant.

£5,000 awarded to the Roundshaw Allotment and Leisure Group from National Lottery funding to build a wildlife garden on their allotment site will be presented at a ceremony on 19th November at Amy Johnson Primary School. The garden, designed by schoolchildren, will enable groups from the school visit the allotment site to learn about wildlife.
