Free ecology lecture: London

There is to be an Earthwatch lecture at the Royal Geographical Society London on December 2nd. Admission is free but by ticket only.

The lecture, entitled Europe's Meadows and Mountain Streams - Managing Fragile Ecosystems, will be given by Dr. John Dover (Staffordshire University), and Zuzana Horicka (Charles University, Prague). Assessing the effects of fragmentation on the butterfly & orchid havens of the Picos de Europa hay meadows of northern Spain, and bringing back to life the forests of Bohemia devastated by years of acid rain.
