Japanese car maker Daihatsu has announced the results of its competition for secondary schools to design a wildlife garden.
Secondary schools had to submit designs for the 'Daihatsu green garden' which was to be a design for a domestic garden embracing the principles of biodiversity. The winning design, submitted by Burntwood School for Girls, at Burntwood Lane, Tooting, South West London, will be built at this year's
Royal Horticultural Society Chelsea Flower Show. The school will also receive £6,000 for a gardening project of their own.
